F.I.T. Group Classes at Fitness Factory

Fun and effective, our various group fitness classes are for all levels of fitness and offer enough variety to accommodate anyone’s tastes. Classes at Fitness Factory are the perfect way to escape reality with your friends and get in amazing shape at the same time. We strive to maintain a fun, inviting, non-judgmental environment, where you will know that you are a part of the family. One thing we have noticed over the years is how intimidating these classes can be for new members.  It is normal for you to feel that way and you are not alone.  MANY people feel this way, but in reality, please know that NO ONE is judging you. Our group classes are extremely motivating and uplifting for EVERYONE, for the simple fact that power in numbers strengthens your confidence and keeps you going. Buti Yoga

This high-intensity, calorie-scorching workout fuses power yoga with cardio-intensive tribal dance + body sculpting primal movement. Created by Celebrity Trainer Bizzie Gold, Buti Yoga utilizes the Spiral Structure Technique to sculpt + tone the deep abdominal muscles that stabilize and strengthen the body. Instead of linear movements, BUTI® favors movements that challenge the body along all planes of motion – THE RESULT – long, lean muscle with sexy feminine curves. BUTI dance moves are taken from various styles that focus on an intense shaking of the hips (and BUTI) including West African, Brazilain Baile Funk, Hip Hop, Samba and Dancehall. BUTI® is sure to get your energy high and your abs tight!

O-Fit Fusion

A total body HIIT workout that focuses on sculpting and toning your physique. We start on the spin bike to get your heart pumping and muscles moving…then it’s on to interval style circuit training. Exercises are specifically designed to tone and strengthen the core, engage the entire body in movement while keeping your heart rate up.


Our kickboxing class is designed for men and women who want to get in shape like a fighter, but without the contact involved in fight training. However, this isn’t your typical “cardio kickboxing” class; students learn real kickboxing techniques along with fun and challenging workouts that are great for students of any fitness and experience level. Once your body is warmed up, your trainer will teach you the fundamentals. From front kicks to roundhouses to back kicks, plus jab, cross and hook punching techniques, your legs and arms will tone and strengthen with each punch and kick strike on the heavy bag. With each hour-long kickboxing workout, the pounds and inches will melt away fast.

Rob Breckner’s 6-Week Fit Camp

Rob Breckner’s Fit Camp is more than a fitness boot camp, it’s an experience. With our great dynamic fitness program, it will positively impact the lives and ultimately the physical fitness of each and every camper. Rob Breckner’s 6-week Fit Camp is an outdoor boot camp program for men and women that provides accountability, direction and encouragement to everybody in a non-intimidating environment. Our hour-long training sessions to get you into shape includes a variety of outdoor activities such as: plyometrics, calisthenics, strength and resistance exercises, core work, partner activities, short distance running, circuit training, and yoga-style cool down/stretching. The absolute best part of Fit Camp is the challenging team environment. Participants build a great camaraderie, more so than in any other class we see. The hard work and group dynamics build strong bonds that go far outside Fit Camp.
